Morning Routine

We have cute little red head that comes in our room every morning when she gets up.  It can be anywhere from 5:30-6:45. I keep telling myself, one day I will miss being woken up at 6:00 with a kiss on my cheek from her :)

I mean really, who can be upset at a face like this...

On Saturday mornings this is what our bed looks like. The only exception is there are usually a few more baby dolls. Audrey usually carries as many as she can to bring with her to our bed.

Easter

I know I'm a little late.....

Here is our great Easter weekend.  Ki Ki and James came over to help dye Easter eggs.  I was a little worried about how is was going to go, but Audrey LOVED it.  I found this nifty idea on Pinterest about putting them in muffin tins. It worked GREAT especially with little ones.

After church a friend from our small group invited people over that didn't have a place to go for Easter lunch.  She had wonderful food and the kids had a GREAT time.

Weekend with Clint

Jonathan's college roommate came to Houston this weekend. We had such a GREAT time.  We showed him around Houston and our favorite.

Audrey had a little bit of a hard time saying Clint, so his name became Tit.  I tell you what, there is nothing like being in the grocery store and your two year old yelling TIT down the isle!!!

On Sunday after church Audrey kept asking for her diaper to be changed.  I was busy doing something and kept telling her to wait just a minute. Well I cam around the corner and I found this.... wipes- check, diaper- check......

Who needs a play room when the best place to play is in the kitchen where mommy is cooking!!






I do NOT look forward to the day when my kitchen is clean a quiet when I cook!!

Feeding Chloe

 Meet Chloe, She is our 4 1/2 year old Mini Schnauzer.  She is the sweetest dog you will EVER meet!!!

Audrey LOVES Chloe.  It is so fun to see Audrey reach the age where she is torturing playing with Chloe.

Audrey has a new found "chore". She has started feeding Chloe.  It all started when she wanted to be the one to put Chloe's food in her bowl.

Then, that became a little old, and she decided that she wanted a little more control over the situation...

As you can see she drops one piece at a time for Chloe.

Then that became old so we have started throwing pieces across the room so Chloe has to chase after them. 

Poor, poor Chloe.  She has now just resorted to eating the food that Luke drops on the floor. Its just too much work to get it the other way :)
