We had a few days of cool weather, but we enjoyed them outside...
Spent one morning building a tent and reading lots of books while under it...
And of course when daddy came home from lunch he had to check it out as well :)
Deba (my mom) sent these adorable outfits for the kids. I tried to get a good picture, however this is what I got.....
"Laissez le bon temps rouler" (let the good times roll) We had a few friends over to celebrate Mardi Gras with us. We had the usual, jambalaya, salad, and of course king cake. However, I thought I had the color sprinkles that I needed, but at 10:00 the night before I realized that I didn't. My wonderful husband had the idea that we could separate the colors out that we needed (never expecting that I would do it) You would think he would know be better :) (and yes I'm a wee bit OCD)

We also spent some time playing the piano. I played piano since I was too short to use the pedals. Its so much fun to have my little red heads wanting to play with me :)
However my favorite part about last month was getting together with Mona. She helped me make the kids Easter outfits.
We had the best little model....
